The latest update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Season 2 Reloaded, has arrived, and it's packed with exciting new content. Building upon the foundation laid in January's Season 2 launch, this refresh introduces even more features to keep players engaged.
While previous season roadmap announcements hinted at the content drops, the sheer scale of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) collaboration was a pleasant surprise. Officially confirmed last week, the TMNT crossover goes beyond just operator skins, significantly impacting various aspects of the game.
The arsenal expands with the inclusion of the D1.3 Sector, a unique sawblade-launching sidearm. Furthermore, several TMNT-inspired melee weapons will be available, allowing players to wield the iconic weaponry of their favorite heroes in a half shell.
Zombies mode also receives an update with the introduction of the Directed Mode for The Tomb map. Additionally, the Cowabunga Cranked event brings a TMNT twist to the classic zombie-slaying formula. Players will need to eliminate zombies quickly before the timer runs out.
Beyond Cowabunga Cranked, other events include the Turtle Power limited-time Moshpit mode featuring an event pass, and the upcoming St. Patrick's Day-themed Clover Craze event starting on March 13th and continuing until the end of Season 2.
Season 2 Reloaded embraces the TMNT theme wholeheartedly, offering playable operators, the Grind Ooze map, the Cowabunga Cranked Zombies event, the Turtle Power Moshpit mode, and an event pass brimming with unlockable cosmetics. With Season 3 still on the horizon, Black Ops 6 provides ample incentive for players to stay engaged.
